Anstice's Profile
About Anstice
UGH. Okay, enough of the typical introducing myself mumbo-jumbo. My name is Jade. I'm 20. I'm an English education major. But, I realized something the other day. I have no desire whatsoever to teach. I only want to write. I'm changing my major. While music would suit me a lot better, I've decided that I'd probably do a lot better in journalism.
Hells Bells. Someone said that I need to put hobbies and junk here. What the Hell are my hobbies? I like to write. Writing is just a natural thing to me. Singing too. I love to sing. Ugh. My mother told me flat out once that I was so amazingly talented at things that it made her sick :. My bad. Didn't mean to do that, Mom. But I guess she's right when I look at things that I do. I write anything and everything. I can sing. I taught myself to play the piano. I paint. I didn't even realize I could paint until recently o_O. I can cook alright. I'm a very artsy person. I'm eccentric. I can excel in pretty much any subject. Fuck, though, put a math book in front of me and I'll die.
Interests? Uhh...Linkin Park. Linkin Park, Linkin Park, Linkin Park, 5 times, Linkin Park. Music for Relief. Geology and English. Anything with the weather. Very interested in that. And Music. by all means, MUSIC. Music is my life.
Hmm...now some randomocity. I grew up in a small town in Indiana with 2 older brothers. That's right, I'm the youngest and only girl of 3 kids. Now, when I say a small town, I really mean...a small town. I graduated with a class of like..130 people. Small towns are nice, but to be honest, I'm totally, 100%, completely SICK of the place. I like going back there for breaks and junk, but really, I hope I never live there again. I plan on making my home somewhere on the west coast of the US. California? Washington? Somewhere over there.
I have 2 pets whom I ADORE. I have a Lhasa Apso dog named Pete. I can't really say he's the ugliest dog ever but...okay, dammit, he's the ugliest dog ever. But I love the Hell out of him. And my baby is my cat, Ender. He's a black cat with green eyes. He's pretty amazing. He's a little jerk sometimes though. Not really sure what's wrong with him half the time. But...that's cats for you.
My family? Uggh. Like I said, I grew up with 2 brothers. Josh is 26 years old. He is a Sargent in the United States Army and just finished serving his 2nd term in Iraq. He has a 9 year old daughter named Arissa. She is a lovable blond who lives in Oregon with her mother. My other brother, Mitchell, is 22, and quite possibly the best friend that I've ever had. He's my giant teddy bear. His daughter, Ember, is a 3-year-old angel sent directly from Heaven. Then there's my mother...boy, what to say about her. My mother, Christal, is the light of my life. I don't really know how to explain in words the love that I feel toward her. She is the strongest person I know. She's had a child sent to Iraq twice, had a grand-daughter taken away from her, and been diagnosed inaccurately with a disease about 3 times. To provide for my brothers and I, she's walked all of our lives, unknowingly, with Degnerative Disk Disorder, causing her excructiating pain in her back. If anything were to ever happen to my mother, I don't think i would be able to face the world. She is my hero.
A little about my life and personality. Hmm...I'm a pretty typical 20 year old. I like the Internet a lot. I hang out with my friends. I pester my pets. I procrastinate on my homework, and I obsess over men that I know I can't have (coughMIKESHINODAcough). Personality wise, I'm a pretty laid back person. I'm pretty quiet. Though, I'm said to be outgoing. The first time you meet me, I may seem shy and/or stuck-up, but get to know me, really, I am a pretty cool person. I get frustrated easily. I don't like to be wrong. I'm a perfectionist. I'm the most unorganized person you'll ever meet in your life (besides my English 201 professor, boy, that woman...). And I love music. As I've mentioned before. Music is the one true and constant thing in my life. It keeps me going. It calms me, and gets me collected for the things that the day ahead holds for me. If I don't have my daily dose of music...well...it's like the Usher song, "U Got It Bad" says: "If you miss a day without your friend, your whole life's off track."
So, in a nutshell, you've had a glimpse into the life of Jade Jewell. The Rockstar. Anstice. Jadence Prudence. Hope you enjoyed it :).

The Meet and Greet/Projekt Rev. in Noblesville, IN
August 20, 2008 0 CommentsOkay, so, here it is, guys. This is the play-by-play of the LPU meet and greet from Sunday.

Mmm, rants. So filling.
July 20, 2008 0 CommentsI could be mean. I could be angry. You know, I could be just like YOU.
I could be fake. I could be STUPID. You know, I could be just like YOU.

Okay, so, I love how frickin' retarded Rochester is with this stupid drama fecal matter. I'm sick and tired of it. Can't wait to get back to Evansville, really :). It's so grand when you don't have to worry about someone randomly calling you up and dragging you into something that you shouldn't be a part of in the first place.
What's even more funny is how people seem to think that Myspace is the epitome of being. GASP The NERVE of some people! D: To think they took me off their top friends! Ohnoes! And they deleted me from their friends list!
What a freaking label! Seriously. My God. Whoever thought up the idea that Myspace is the center of the universe is sadly mistaken, my friend. We all know Miss Mery Stewart holds that crown :) <333.
And what on EARTH did we do before cell phones? Lord, how did we ever get through to people when we were mad at them? Text messaging is GOD, innit? When you're too afraid to come up and throw something in someone's face, you merely let your fingers do the talking...?
Text messaging and Myspace (though useful) were created by idiot cowards that were too meek to walk up and say something to my FACE.
Sad part of this all is that I'm going to miss out on a well-deserved trip to Indiana Beach. Heart-breaking, really. I was so looking forward to all the fun rollercoaster rides, and waterslides. Not to mention the ten million bruises I was guaranteed to get from Undesireable Number One. Just gives me more time and energy to prepare for Projekt Rev in 27 days :). Glad I get a day off to just relax now.
By the way, little tip. If you're going to text message bashes to someone, make sure you don't forget words and that you spell everything correctly. It makes it hard for people to understand the incoherent babble :).
Oh, bother. This Three Days Grace CD makes me smile :) :).
wanders off to talk to people who are worth my time
I could be weak. I could be senseless. You know I could be just like YOU.

Dude, Music for Relief is the most fun you could ever have before a concert. If you get the chance to volunteer, DON'T PASS IT UP LIKE AN IDIOT. It's amazing and the advisors are GREAT. I made some awesome friends there. <333 Meranda, Brandy, George..
